RETURNS

LATOICO., cannot accommodate returns/refunds at this time.  Please return the original item you wish to exchange with the applicable conditions and guidelines.  A new order can then be placed on LATOICO.com. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.  We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.  Returns-exchange questions may be sent to our customer service center via email at Return-exchange@latoico.com.

LATOICO., reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in LATOICO's., sole discretion.

EXCHANGES

For online orders, LATOICO., will NOT accept products for a refund, all purchases are final.  LATOICO., will provide customers with an even exchange only when original product is returned and accompanied by the original invoice.  All items are handmade after purchase is made, and will not be refunded, all items besides sale or discounted items can be exchanged only.  Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.  Only items that have been purchased directly from LATOICO., can be returned to LATOICO., products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. LATOICO., will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Easy-to-follow return-exchange instructions are available upon request.  LATOICO., accepts exchanges within 14 days of purchase date.  Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt return-exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return-exchange has been processed. Returns-exchange questions may be sent to our customer service center via email at Return-exchange@latoico.com.
